By accessing or using CTEVT Prep ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), whether as a registered user or a guest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CTEVT Prep provides an online educational platform to help students in Nepal prepare for the CTEVT Diploma Entrance Exam. The service includes practice questions, mock tests, study materials, and an AI assistant. Our service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of it without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (like saving test scores or tracking progress), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information upon registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on CTEVT Prep, including but not limited to questions, explanations, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CTEVT Prep or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in a way that:

  • Violates any local, national, or international law.
  • Attempts to scrape, extract, or exploit the question database programmatically.
  • Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

CTEVT Prep makes no guarantees regarding your performance on the actual CTEVT Diploma Entrance Exam. We are an independent preparation tool and are not officially affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
